About us...

OK, hopefully you remember us and how we played a part in your recent project. We've spent the last 21 years separating the good guys from the bad guys in the Home/Business Improvement Industry and professionally matching up the good guys with people who need a quality Contractor.

We think we're pretty good at it too! That's why so many Real Estate Brokers, Investors, Agents, HOA's and even other Construction Companies have us on speed dial! (Maybe now you do to!!)

By leaving us an online review, (Links to several review sites above and below) you're not only helping us reach and help more of your Metro Atlanta neighbors, you're also helping the Contractor that we referred to you and dozens of other quality Contractors who are members of our network.

But please, we'd like you to know a few things about us first ~ like...

Did you know that we not only followed up often with the Contractor to make sure things were going smoothly with your project but that the Contractor may have even relied on us for quality Sub-Contractors (Plumbers, Masons, Architects etc...) to help complete your project?

Did you know we've helped educate countless home & business owners before their projects even began by offering direct advice and directing them to our "Educated Consumer" page here on this Website?

We were always in your corner before, during and after the job! Oh, and lest we forget, did you know we've saved your Metro Atlanta neighbors countless MILLIONS of dollars and prevented countless people from getting ripped off by unscrupulous Contractors ~ Maybe even you!

But PLEASE, don't call us a "Referral Service!" Why? Because of what separates us from Angie and her "List," Home Adviser, Red Beacon, Thumbtack etc... etc... And that is...

We actually KNOW our Contractors! All "They" know about their Contractors is who PAY'S them to be "listed" on there sites! We, on the other hand, have spent YEARS getting to know and learning "our guy's" capabilities, what they're the best at and what projects they're the most competitively priced at.

We've seen their work. We go out to lunch. We talk about our kids. Again, we KNOW our Contractors and we professionally match them up with the right client and the right job!

THAT'S what separates us from the crowd and THAT'S why we ask folks ~ "Please, don't call us a "Referral Service!"

That being said, how can a happy client leave us a review without lumping us in with all those other online services? Simple...

Feel free to mention our prompt, professional service. Feel free to mention our owners name (Dan) and certainly feel free to mention the Contractors name that we referred to you and even one of his crew members that may have impressed you but please don't mention his company name.

Mention what your project was and how happy you were with the overall process and the outcome.

Here's one of our Google reviews as a quick example... "While in Atlanta and working for Caldwell Banker, I used Metro Renovations and More on two whole house renovations for an investment client, one 2400 sq ft and one 3500 sq ft. I have to say, Dan and Larry made the process seamless.

Even after hitting a couple of unexpected snags (due to the property) they still came in on time and on budget! To say the work done was perfection, would be an understatement. The finished product on both projects was far above expectation. I would recommend Metro Renovations and More if you are contemplating having anything done in the way of renovations. Now I just wish I could use them in Florida!!"

Of course your review doesn't have to be that long but feel free to be as detailed about your project as you'd like (That's helpful!) but please, don't lump us in with all those other "services" out there that DON'T KNOW THEIR CONTRACTORS!
